About the event
Mkhwane SS Biokineticists and Run Alex Athletics Club are excited to bring you this one of a kind Alex Wellness Day sessions at Kwa Bhekilanga Sports Grounds.
The Wellness Day will include:
- Health and Fitness Evaluation: Assessing current health status, fitness levels, and any pre-existing injuries.
- Movement Screening: Evaluating gait, posture, and running mechanics to identify any imbalance or areas of improvement.
- Workshop and Educational sessions on how to improve your running, effective recovery methods, nutrition, etc.
